Please read carefully before participating in any True Yoga Heidelberg activities.

Participation in all True Yoga Heidelberg activities, including yoga classes, private yoga, online classes, workshops, masterclasses, special events, and interactions with clients, is completely at your own risk.

Assumption of Risk:

By participating in any True Yoga Heidelberg activity, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Yoga and other physical activities can be strenuous and potentially hazardous.
• You are physically fit and healthy enough to participate in the chosen activity.
• You assume all risks associated with participation, including, but not limited to, physical injury, emotional distress, or illness.
• You are responsible for monitoring your own physical condition and stopping any activity that causes pain or discomfort.
• You agree to follow all instructions provided by True Yoga Heidelberg instructors and staff.
• You understand that the instructors and staff are not medical professionals and cannot provide medical advice.
• You are responsible for consulting with a physician before participating in any activity if you have any pre-existing medical conditions.

Release of Liability:

By participating in any True Yoga Heidelberg activity, you release and hold harmless True Yoga Heidelberg, its instructors, staff, affiliates, and representatives from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages (including attorney fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your participation in the activity.

Limitation of Liability:

True Yoga Heidelberg is not responsible for any lost or stolen personal belongings.

Additional Terms:

• You agree to abide by all True Yoga Heidelberg rules and policies.
• You agree to treat True Yoga Heidelberg instructors, staff, and other participants with respect.
• You agree to not use True Yoga Heidelberg facilities or equipment for any unlawful or harmful purposes.
• True Yoga Heidelberg reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

Modifications:

True Yoga Heidelberg reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany.

Entire Agreement:

These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and True Yoga Heidelberg with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.

Severability:

If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

You acknowledge that you have read and understood all of the terms and conditions set forth above and that you agree to be bound by them.
